“Horizon Zero Dawn“ with Hannah Hoekstra sells 10 million copies globally

“Horizon Zero Dawn” celebrates its second anniversary by topping 10 million copies sold, with Hannah Hoekstra as the lead character ‘Aloy’.

In celebration of the milestone, Guerrilla Games managing director Hermen Hulst revealed a few details about the game that hadn’t been touched on before, including that Hannah was tapped for the role when the Director took a sick day - and having seen her on TV - was immediately struck with inspiration.

“Horizon Zero Dawn” is a hugely popular action role-playing game, which was developed by Guerrilla Games, and is published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
