SUSAN RADDER
At the age of six, Susan burst onto the acting scene with her dynamic debut performance in OFFERS. She was spotted by director Dana Nechushtan while accompanying her mother who was working as a children’s casting coach. Not long after, she made an appearance in an episode of the acclaimed Dutch television series SHOUF SHOUF! directed by Tim Oliehoek. Her other work includes: Matthijs van Heijningen Jr.'s DE SLAG OM DE SCHELDE; the lead role of ‘Lieke’ in HORIZON, for which Susan won the Best Actress Award at the TV-Beelden, and which earned her a nomination for a Dutch Academy Award (Golden Calf) for Best Actress; as ‘Rosa’ in THE TAKEOVER; Pim van Hoeve’s GEK VAN ORANJE; the box office hit ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE by Will Koopman; DE 12 VAN SCHOUWENDAM; PIJNSTILLERS based on the novel by Carry Slee; and as ‘Yenthe’ in the feature film KAUWBOY which earned 13 international awards including Best Youth Film at Berlinale, and the Young Audience Award at the European Film Awards. Susan recently starred in the highly anticipated feature film BESTSELLER BOY, and she has been a series regular on the hit television drama series OOGAPPELS directed by Will Koopman.
