Lenn Kudrjawizki completes filming on WW2 drama series "World On Fire"

Lenn Kudrjawizki has completed filming on the BBC’s upcoming WW2 drama series “World On Fire”.

The 7x 60’ series follows the first year of World War II as told through the intertwining fates of ordinary people drawn from Britain, Poland, France, Germany, and the United States, as they grapple with the effect of the war on their everyday lives.

Other cast includes: Academy Award-winner Helen Hunt (As Good As It Gets, Mad About You), Academy Award-nominated and Olivier Award-winning actress Lesley Manville (Phantom Thread, Mum) and Sean Bean (Game of Thrones).

The show has been filming in Prague, Manchester and Paris, and is produced by Mammoth Screen. It is written by multi-award winning writer Peter Bowker, and is due for release later this year.
