"Teen Spirit" with Agnieszka Grochowska set for release next week

The musical drama “Teen Spirit” with Agnieszka Grochowska is set for release next week.

It marks the directorial debut of actor Max Minghella (The Social Network, The Handmaid’s Tale ), and in it Agnieszka plays ‘Marla’, the mother of Elle Fanning’s character ‘Violet’ (Super 8, The Neon Demon).

Synopsis: Violet, a shy teenager living in a small European town, dreams of pop stardom as an escape from her dismal surroundings and shattered family life. With the help of an unlikely mentor, Violet enters an international singing competition that will test her integrity, talent, and ambition.

Other cast includes: Rebecca Hall, Clara Rugaard, Millie Brady, Olive Gray, and Jordan Stephens.
